Michelle has experience working with clients across a range of industries, including consumer products, technology, and financial services.
Michelle handles all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and preparing clients for depositions. She also works closely with damages and industry experts and regularly collaborates with clients on litigation strategy.
In addition to her commercial practice, Michelle maintains an active pro bono practice. She argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, securing relief under the United Nations Convention Against Torture for a client.
