Christina Preminger is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance.
Christina represents investment and commercial banks, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions as lenders in the structuring and origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by various types of real estate that are either sold by such lenders or sold into the capital markets. She also has experience representing real estate developers and hotels in both transaction and litigation matters.
Christina earned her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University. She is also a commissioned notary public in the state of New York.
