Courtney Quirós is a senior associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation Group. Her practice focuses primarily on securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative suits, corporate investigations and other complex commercial litigation.
Courtney received her J.D. in 2014 from Stanford University, where she served as the co-president of Women of Stanford Law and as a member of the Religious Liberty Clinic. At Stanford, Courtney earned the Gerald Gunther Prize for Constitutional Law. Courtney completed her undergraduate studies at Princeton University, earning high honors in religion with a concentration in African American studies.
