Cremeithius M. Riggins is a senior associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. He focuses his practice on matters related to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, and executive compensation. Cremeithius also provides practical advice and offers guidance to private-equity firms, public companies, and private employers on compensation issues, and compliance concerns relating to mergers, acquisitions, and other related corporate transactions.

Before joining the firm, Cremeithius was an extern for the Georgia Justice Project, and a procurement assistant for the City of Atlanta. He earned his J.D. and a J.D. Business Law Certificate from The University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he was a Berkeley Center for Law and Business Scholar and served as a senior article editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Cremeithius earned his B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from Morehouse College where he was the president of the Morehouse-Spelman Prelaw Society.
