Andrew Roberts is an experienced litigator that represents clients in an array of manufacturing litigation and other complex commercial litigation, which range from lawsuits arising from alleged environmental contamination to disputes over high-end collectibles. He has a record of success in handling cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration tribunals across the country and also in reaching favorable pre-litigation settlements. Andrew has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for Commercial Litigation.
Andrew previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. William M. Ray, II of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and for the Hon. Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before his clerkships, Andrew was an associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C.
Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as the articles editor of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Andrew earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science and economics from the University of Georgia.
