• Representing a commercial sterilizer in a multi-plaintiff tort litigation in California concerning ethylene oxide exposure claims.
• Defending a private university against claims filed by a city alleging historical contamination from a federally funded research and development center operated by the university has impacted the city’s drinking water supply wells.
• Assisting in defending an industrial company and landowner in connection with sediment contamination at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site in Oregon.
• Represented an aerospace company in an action brought by the City of Riverside for alleged TCE and perchlorate contamination in its water supply system allegedly stemming from the Rockets, Fireworks, and Flares Superfund site in Rialto, CA.
• Assisted with the defense of a real estate developer in lawsuits against the government and its contractor seeking damages due to the botched cleanup of a Superfund site that is the subject of San Francisco’s largest redevelopment project in a century.

Rachel Robson focuses her practice on handling complex environmental and toxic tort litigation matters. Her experience of environmental litigation includes defending toxic tort actions as well as public nuisance cases involving environmental contamination claims.

Rachel received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she served as a digital media & associate editor on the Pepperdine Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in public relations and political science from Gonzaga University.
