Katherine Rubschlager is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Before joining the firm, Katherine externed for the Honorable Edward J. Davila in the Northern District of California, where she researched and drafted orders for cases involving intellectual property and antitrust issues. Additionally, Katherine has experience assisting with patent prosecution in the areas of software engineering, computer science, and electrical engineering.
Katherine received her J.D. from Santa Clara University, where she was an editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and participated in honors moot court. Additionally, Katherine participated in the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, which is a nationwide moot court competition focused on patent law. Katherine received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
Katherine is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
