Elliot Rysenbry focuses his practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining Alston & Bird, Elliot was a judicial extern to the Hon. John J. Tuchi for the District Court of Arizona. Before attending law school, Elliot worked within the technology sector.
Elliot received his J.D. from the University of Arizona where he graduated summa cum laude, and he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as the editor in chief of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law and as a member of the Worker’s Rights Clinic, focusing on employment and labor laws to support low-wage workers from immigrant communities throughout Arizona. Elliot earned his B.A. from The University of Sydney, Australia in political and economic social sciences.
