Morgan Sexton is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She counsels both public and private companies on a variety of general corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and reorganizations.

Before law school, Morgan was a business risk services senior associate at Grant Thornton.
