Samantha Skolnick is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Construction & Government Contracts Group. She provides counseling to government contractors on a wide variety of public contracting matters and represents a broad range of clients in negotiating contracts and litigation related to construction dispute claims.

Before joining the firm, Samantha gained experience working as a litigation associate in the Atlanta office of a real estate and business litigation firm where she handled construction and commercial litigation matters. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for Construction Litigation. She was also recognized as the “Young Lawyer of the Year” for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Atlanta Council of Young Lawyers section.

Samantha received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, where she was an active member of the Emory Law Moot Court Society. While at Emory, she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Burt and Betty Schear Book Prize. She earned her B.A. in sociology from the University of Florida.
