Natalia Souza is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Team. She represents major financial institutions offering corporate trust services in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including derivatives, real estate transactions, high-yield debt transactions, project finance, and structured debt financings. Her experience as a bank analyst gives her insight to her clients’ complex financial transactions.

Before joining Alston & Bird, Natalia worked in the Atlanta office of an Am Law 200 firm where she represented clients in various types of public finance transactions, including real estate, securitizations, and derivatives. Natalia earned her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and her B.B.A. from the University of North Florida.
