Britt Spurka is an associate with the Corporate Debt Finance Team. He focuses his practice on representing corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, and other financial lending institutions in debt financing.
Britt earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he was the president for the Business and Law Society, treasurer for the Oglethorpe Legal Society, and vice president of membership for the Intellectual Property Law Society. He was also a member of the Georgia State University Law Review and moot court competition team in addition to serving as a legal extern for the Hon. William M. Ray II in the Northern District of Georgia.
