Jesse Steinbach is counsel with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He is a highly accomplished litigator and trial lawyer with extensive stand-up experience before state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and other tribunals. He has broad and in-depth litigation expertise, including pre-trial dispositive motion practice, discovery, fact and expert depositions, trial, and appeals.
