Sterling Terranova advises clients across the financial services sector on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital-raising transactions. Sterling also supports clients in regulatory, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Sterling earned her J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as the editor in chief of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic. She earned her B.S. from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude.
