Morgan Thaler is an associate in the Finance Group on the Structured and Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Morgan earned her J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served as associate managing editor of the American University Business Law Review. During law school, Morgan interned with Sporttrade, the first regulated sports trading platform in the United States, and also for the Criminal Division, Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Before law school, Morgan worked for a multinational professional services company as a senior contract paralegal, working alongside the U.S. Department of Justice, Health Care Fraud Unit. She received her B.A. in political science, cum laude, with a minor in English from The Ohio State University.
