Taylor Veracka focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Taylor worked as a regulatory policy intern as Viatris, where she drafted agency rulemaking comments and monitored global pharmaceutical regulations. She also served as a paralegal and team lead at Better Mortgage Corporation, where she conducted legal research, supported internal investigations, and helped implement data privacy platforms and risk management procedures.
Taylor earned her J.D. from Fordham University where she was a staff member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, co-president of the Information Law Society, and Decennial Fellow at the Fordham Center on Law and Information Policy. Taylor also participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic, where she represented clients in federal criminal proceedings, including a trial in the Southern District of New York. Her work involved drafting motions, preparing cross-examinations, coordinating with outside consultants, and advocating for client needs throughout the trail process. Taylor also received the IAPP Westin Scholar Award. She earned her B.A. in film and media studies and international studies from Johns Hopkins University.
