As a member of the Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Team, Jacob Wamsley advises major financial institutions, including lenders and borrowers, on a variety of capital market and structured finance transactions, as well as regulatory matters.
Before joining the firm, Jacob served as a legal intern for a global transportation and logistics company. Jacob also worked for the nation’s leading trade association representing the cryptocurrency industry, focusing on regulatory issues and litigation impacting crypto companies and investors.
