Sara Warren is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Group.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Sara served as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge John K. Larkins III in the Northern District of Georgia. She also served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Sara received her J.D., with honors and Order of the Coif, from Emory University School of Law, where she was the president of the Environmental Law and Conservation Society and the executive managing editor of the Emory International Law Review. During law school, she served as an intern for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 4 and the Southern Environmental Law Center, where her appellate advocacy focused on the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
She earned her B.A. in political science and Italian, summa cum laude, from Tulane University.
