Olivia Weber focuses her practice on a range of corporate and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and federal securities law compliance. Olivia brings experience working with both public and private companies across the financial services sector.
In law school, Olivia served as senior managing editor of the Georgia Law Review and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. She was also a collegiate soccer player.
