Jonathan Wieder is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at an international law firm, working on complex commercial and cross-border litigation and international arbitration matters.

While earning his J.D., Jonathan was an extern at the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in the Eastern District of New York, and represented New York City public school students at administrative suspension hearings.

Jonathan maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and education related matters.
