Drew Wilson focuses his practice on commercial litigation, government investigations, and regulatory compliance. He has experience on antitrust matters in the merger clearance, litigation, and counseling contexts. Before joining the firm, Drew worked as a law clerk for the Antitrust Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee. He also worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission.
Drew received his J.D. from George Mason University where he worked as a research assistant for Dr. John Yun researching and writing about international antitrust law and policy. Drew received a B.S. in economics from Brigham Young University.
