Aryeh Wolosow is an associate in the Structured & Warehouse Finance Group, concentrating in asset-backed securitizations. Aryeh has experience with various forms of debt offerings, including 144A, Regulation S, and Regulation D debt offerings. Aryeh has worked with issuers, sponsors, and underwriters across collateral types, including commercial and residential mortgages, small business loans, point of sale loans, timeshare loans, and merchant cash advances. Aryeh also has experience with warehouse lines of credit, conduit financing arrangements, and mortgage servicing rights.
Aryeh earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Heyman Scholar and an associate editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. During law school, Aryeh worked in the in-house legal department of a national bank, where he worked on complex lending transactions.
