Josh Wright serves as knowledge counsel on Alston & Bird’s Legal Technology Innovation team, where he develops and implements knowledge management strategies and tools that enhance operational efficiency and build market intelligence to benefit both lawyers and clients. Josh leverages his experience with the lifecycle of transactional deal work in combination with the latest tools in automation, data extraction, generative AI, and data analytics to analyze and translate information from multiple sources into actionable solutions.

Drawing on his background practicing regulatory and compliance law, particularly related to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, as well as legal technology, Joshua is experienced in both handling complex legal issues and developing practical tools and resources that support clients’ evolving needs.
