• Represented a national real estate company in litigation involving 3D home tour technology. Obtained a successful trial verdict of noninfringement and invalidity of four asserted patents. Surefield v. Redfin, No. 6:20-cv-00376 (W.D. Tex.).
• Represented a multinational lighting corporation against a large state university system regarding LED lighting. Obtained a successful hearing determination of no infringement and invalidity of the asserted patents. In the Matter of Certain Filament Light-Emitting Diodes and Products Containing Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-1220 (ITC).
• Represented a global engineering and manufacturing company regarding water heater blowers. Obtained a successful hearing determination of no infringement of the asserted patents. In the Matter of Certain Blowers and Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-1217 (ITC).
• Represented a multinational technology company in an International Trade Commission litigation relating to wearable technology. Obtained a successful hearing determination of no infringement and invalidity of the asserted patents. In the Matter of Certain Wearable Monitoring Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof, Inv. • Represented a national telecommunications carrier in district court litigation involving 27 patents relating to 4G network infrastructure and devices. Sol IP LLC v. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, No. 2:18-cv-00526 (E.D. Tex.).
• Represented a global chemical manufacturing and engineering company in offensive district court litigation against a distributor of chemical products. Honeywell International Inc., v. MEK Chemical Corp., No. 3:17-cv-01390 (N.D. Tex.).
• Represented a national drywall manufacturer in district court litigation relating to additives used in drywall manufacturing. United States Gypsum Company v. New NGC Inc., No. 1:17-cv-00130 (D. Del.).

With experience at trials and hearing determinations at the district court level and before the International Trade Commission, Karlee Wroblewski helps her clients during all stages of litigation with a keen eye toward trial strategy. Karlee received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University. She received her B.S. in chemistry and Chinese studies from Furman University.
