• Representing a health care company in connection with a demand for arbitration regarding 340B drug pricing and payments.
• Representing a managed health care and insurance company in litigation against out-of-network acute care hospitals.
• Representing a leading wireless network operator in more than 60 nationwide class action lawsuits arising from cyberattack involving information for tens of millions of current, former, and prospective customers.
• Representing commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) special services in litigations involving distressed commercial real estate assets, including receivership and foreclosure proceedings.

Nicholas Young represents insurers, health care companies, and other businesses in complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, with particular experience in insurance coverage litigation, health care reimbursement disputes, distressed real estate litigation, and class action defense.

Nick brings a detail-oriented approach to every matter—whether drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery in large multidistrict proceedings, or developing litigation strategy in high-stakes insurance coverage disputes. He regularly advises clients on issues arising under federal and state consumer protection statutes, contract and coverage interpretation, and emerging questions in healthcare pricing and reimbursement.

Before joining the firm, Nick served as a summer clerk for the Hon. John Craig, III, Senior Resident Judge of the North Carolina Superior Court, an experience that informs his practical understanding of what judges expect from litigants.
