Alston & Bird Named “International Trade Commission Firm of the Year” by Managing Intellectual Property

Alston & Bird has been named “International Trade Commission Firm of the Year” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine. The firm was selected from among eight law firm finalists.

The award recognizes the significant level of activity of Alston & Bird’s International Trade Commission (ITC) practice, which has handled numerous high-stakes Section 337 cases before the commission.

Research firm LegalMetric found that Alston & Bird has been involved in the fourth-most ITC Section 337 investigations among all law firms in the country over the past five years.

Led by partner Jamie Underwood, the firm’s ITC Section 337 team comprises intellectual property trial lawyers, many with advanced degrees in electronics, chemical and mechanical engineering and biotech.
