Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for IP Litigation Associates with 3-5 years’ experience. This position may be resident in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. A technical background is strongly preferred, and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in intellectual property litigation.  Cover letters may be addressed to Qeyana Hart, Senior Attorney Hiring Coordinator. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our Los Angeles and San Francisco offices and may not be applicable to other locations.
