The Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment associate with 3-5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate has experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims. Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required. Experience with FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as whistleblower matters, is preferred.
