Structured Finance - Senior Associate or Counsel

The New York office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 6+ years’ experience to join the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. Successful candidates will have significant experience representing lenders, borrowers, issuers, or other market participants in mortgage finance and structured finance transactions, with particular experience in mortgage finance and repurchase facilities.
Candidates should have meaningful experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing transactions involving repurchase agreements, warehouse credit agreements and other secured lending facilities, and should be comfortable taking a significant role in transaction execution, including coordinating deal teams and working directly with clients and opposing counsel. Experience with syndicated facilities and intercreditor arrangements is also desirable.

The salary range for this position is $390,000+ and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
