The New York office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Tax associate with 3-5 years’ experience. Successful candidates will have transactional tax experience, including experience with private equity transactions, public and private mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and fund formation. Candidate should also have experience with domestic and international tax structuring and planning. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
