Alston & Bird’s Real Estate group is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years’ experience. Candidates can be resident in Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, New York or Washington, DC. Successful candidates will have public finance experience, including experience with tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions (e.g., bonds-for-title, PILOT or similar programs), whether as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel or company counsel. Any commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar experience would be a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
