Rosemarie Thurston was a featured speaker during this program hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI). Over the past year, the REIT and commercial real estate industries have continued to experience strong M&A activity, with some sectors poised for large-scale consolidation even as new property types enter the REIT universe through spin-offs, conversions and IPOs.
