This program explored the ethical and legal obligations of law firms and lawyers to protect client and employee data including best practices on setting up a compliant global privacy program and protecting against cybersecurity attacks.
Adam Biegel moderated the session "Fundamentals-Antitrust." Participants learned antitrust fundamentals from a panel of experienced practitioners with perspectives from academia, government and private practice. This session was essential for less-experienced competition lawyers and anyone else who might have needed a refresher.
