2016 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Annual Convention

Ted Kang was a featured speaker on the panel “The Rising Tide of Individual Accountability: The Yates Memo One Year Later and Beyond.” The panel provided an overview of the Yates Memo, deconstructed its parts and discussed post-Yates Memo actions against individual executives and the impact of the memo on corporate internal investigations.
