Elise Paeffgen moderated a panel on recent Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) developments implicating retail and pharmaceutical waste, including the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Final Rule, Management Standards for Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals Proposed Rule, the EPA’s policy on reverse distribution and the RCRA, and the EPA’s RCRA and Retail Strategy. She was joined by panelists from the EPA and Inmar.
