Maureen Gorsen will be a featured panelist in the session “Breakout G: Beyond Prop 65 – State Labeling Requirements and Litigation Risks," which will review the new Cleaning Product Right to Know Act enacted in California in October 2017, survey other enacted or pending state labeling laws impacting personal care and household products, and discuss what these laws might mean in terms of litigation against product manufacturers.
