Mitch Mitchelson is co-chair of the Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute program sponsored by the ABA’s Criminal Justice Section. Mitch and Jenny Kramer will speak during the “Read the Menu Carefully – Charging Decisions & Defense Strategies in Public Corruption Cases” session. The trial team from the Menendez trial will discuss how they addressed the evolving standard for proving corruption before a jury as well as recent developments in law in the area of white collar enforcement.
