The presidential transition from the Obama Administration to the Trump Administration was the most difficult and abrupt transition in the EPA’s history — and Kevin Minoli was not just there, he was the EPA’s top career (non-political) attorney and served as the Acting General Counsel for nearly all of 2017. Kevin will provide a window into what it was like at the EPA at key moments in the last two years, and then share why, having seen it all firsthand, he is not worried about the future of environmental law.
