ITC Now: Lessons Learned from Litigating Investigations in the COVID-19 Era
Unlike many district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission is open for business. Please join us as the fresh-off-trial heads of our firm’s International Trade Commission practice address how the ITC has handled trials and procedures since March. They will also reveal strategies for success employed by recent complainants and respondents. Finally, they will discuss President Trump’s impact on the ITC as well as the forecast for the Commission based on the outcome of the election.
