ITC Now: Lessons Learned from Litigating Investigations in the COVID-19 Era
Unlike many district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission is open for business. Please join us as the fresh-off-trial heads of our firm’s International Trade Commission practice address how the ITC has handled trials and procedures since March.
