Adam’s ITC experience is incomparable, scoring major victories in patent, trademark, gray market, counterfeiting, unfair competition, and antitrust litigation before the ITC, obtaining exclusion orders against several respondents, obtaining the largest civil penalty awarded in ITC history, and successfully defending a number of large companies on the defensive side.
