Jeffrey Dintzer serves as the program’s co-chair and will present the introduction.
Matt Wickersham will be speaking on the panel “Federal Regulatory Developments Relating to PFAS Contamination.” This panel will discuss the EPA, developments in environmental law, health advisories, groundwater contamination recommendations, and the push to regulate PFOA-based chemicals as a group.
