This session will explore the interaction between GDPR compliance architecture for U.S.-based multinationals and how a poorly executed response to a personal data breach may actually increase potential exposure under the GDPR. Industry representatives from Hitachi ABB and forensics investigators from Crowdstrike will explore the reality of conducting multinational investigations and the interaction between those realities and controller/processor designations when working with regulators in the EU.
