Dan Jarcho and Cathy Burgess will speak at this two-day conference hosted by the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI). Dan’s session is titled “The Relationship Between Outside Counsel Investigations and Quality System Investigations, and What to Do when they Conflict.” Cathy will serve as a moderator for the panel titled “Compliance Central with FDA Center Compliance Directors.”
The annual Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference will offer an opportunity to hear from and interact with top officials from the FDA, DOJ, FTC, and other government and industry professionals.
