Rebecca Valentino will speak during a breakout session on “Shareholder Activism and the Universal Proxy” at the 28th Annual Stanford Directors’ College.
The session will address shareholder activism and the proxy process at a tactical and strategic level, review changes in law and policy, and explore optimal responses by directors.
