On October 23, Clark Calhoun will speak on the panel “State Audits and Controversy: Where the Rubber Hits the Road!” and Michael Giovannini will speak on the panel “How Did This Tax Land On My Desk.” Kendall Houghton, who also serves as a Trustee for the Hartman SALT Forum, will spearhead the panel “Thirty Years of Hartman” to kickoff a day of sessions on October 24.
