On November 7, Dr. Daniel Felz will speak at an event organized by the Austrian Association of Corporate Counsel (Vereinigung Österreichischer Unternehmensjuristen - VUJ).
Dan and Manuel Bauer – head of VUJ’s Data Protection Section – will present “The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: An Update 3 Months After the Adequacy Decision.”
After that, Dan will discuss U.S. surveillance law under FISA Section 702 and the new U.S. executive order on signals intelligence. This will lead to an engaging discussion of the question of “Is U.S. surveillance law under FISA 702 and the executive order now stricter than European Law?”
