Derek Marks will speak on the panel “Hot Topics and Trends in Leasing Transactions” at this hybrid conference hosted by the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. Panelists will discuss need-to-know trends such as auto commencement, deemed acceptance, staggered/late equip deliveries, practical issues relating to equal access and antiboycott laws, the importance of having original chattel paper, embedded terms, embedded changes, commonly seen template deficiencies, secretary’s certificates for signer authority, and practical/operational UCC issues.
