Anna Nolan will participate in “Crisis Management - Directors’ Duties in a Cross-Border Context,” an interactive workshop involving a cross-border case study where an international corporation manufacturing auto parts with operations in Germany, the USA, the UK, Italy and Poland is struggling to refinance its bridge loan. Panelists will discuss the directors’ fiduciary duties, how to manage risks of potential liability, and how to prepare a rescue plan that will address solvency problems in the above mentioned jurisdictions to save jobs and secure the future of the business.
