Kelly Hagedorn will speak on the “EU and UK Privacy Developments: New Directions and New Challenges” session. This panel will discuss recent data protection developments in the EU and UK, including cross-border data transfers, the European Strategy for Data, and areas of divergence between EU and UK data protection regimes.
