Mori Hamada US and Alston & Bird will jointly hold a seminar in Japanese for Japanese companies in Georgia at this event sponsored by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Georgia.
Lawyers from both Japan and the U.S. will talk about the current state of U.S. legal affairs and measures from various perspectives, including corporate, human resources and labor matters, and intellectual property strategies, focusing on matters that will affect Japan companies under the second Trump administration, including trade conflicts between the U.S. and China and Europe.
